Coaching with Kendra: Heal your relationship with food, body, and self

1 on 1 coaching(1)

Are you tired of avoiding mirrors, feeling uncomfortable in your clothes, and worrying about when and what you’re going to eat next?

Then let’s talk.

I help you break-free from the all-or-nothing cycles that keep you trying to fix your body (and your life) with food.

Freedom looks like:

Loving your body for what it is.

Accepting your flaws and letting yourself be human.

Letting ‘Nourish & Pleasure’ be your guide instead of the long list of ‘good’ and ‘bad’ foods.

Allowing yourself to feel, even if it’s uncomfortable at first.

Moving your body in ways that feel good instead of to ‘undo’ last night’s binge.

Owning your own wants, needs, and desires.

A release of creative expression.

Feeling confident when you walk into a room full of strangers.

When we work together you will:

Empower yourself to make change by understanding the patterns that you’re in.

Identify your own personal next right moves. I don’t dish out cookie cutter answers.

Replace the old story of who you have to be, with the truth of who you are. (Hint: You’re awesome.)

Learn to eat and move intuitively, building trust and confidence in your decisions along the way.

Find ways to move your body that feel good and are far from punishing.

Prioritize your self-care so your creative expression has room to come to the surface.

I work with private clients on a long-term basis for 4-6 months so you have the time and space to make sustainable change in your relationship with food, body, and self. You get:

Personalized support through one-on-one coaching sessions, either 8 or 12, depending on where you are starting from.

Customized practical steps aka Your Next Right Moves for you to integrate our sessions back in to your real life.

A plethora of self-reflection and journaling prompts to supplement our sessions in the hard copy of Your True You Journey.

Email support in between our sessions if you get stuck.

Before committing to a coaching program, let’s have a conversation and explore how I can help you. You can schedule a complimentary call through this link.

Frequently Asked Questions:

Where do we meet?

We meet virtually using a video-conferencing service called Zoom. This means we get to work together regardless of where you live.

How long are our sessions and how often do we meet?

Sessions are 90 minutes long so there is time to get to the good stuff without running out of time. We meet over the course of 4-6 months at a pace that mirrors your needs and growth. Usually we start with more frequent sessions, and then space them out once you have momentum and a growing confidence.

Do you have a set program that you use?

You and your relationship to food, body, and self is unique, and so is our work together. I customize my approach based on where you are at and what you need. You will receive a copy of the self-study guide I wrote, Your True You Journey, which you can use a supplement to our coaching sessions, and I’ll recommend extra resources and tools as we go.

How much do you charge and how can I pay?

Your financial investment is £995 for a 4 month program (8 sessions) and £1450 for a 6 month program (12 sessions). Payment plans are available to work within your budget.

What kind of results have you seen?

The kind of wins my clients celebrate include

  • going from binging and purging daily and weekly, to having a burger and chips without even having the urge for either
  • restricting and counting calories to enjoying a full range of food, from quinoa to ice cream
  • only going for a run or the gym when it’s something they’re looking forward to, not as a punishment or way to burn off calories
  • enjoying family vacations instead of being self-conscious and distracted by having to wear a swim suit
  • starting to write poetry, picking up the guitar, making more art
  • enjoying  and looking forward to ‘alone time’ instead of having the fear that it might trigger a binge
  • having fulfilling conversations that actually mean something with friends and significant others
  • smiling more and enjoying life

Do you work with teens?

I mostly work with adults however have worked with teens on a case by case basis. I recommend scheduling an exploratory call to discuss the support your teen needs as I may be able to recommend alternative resources if my support is not right.

How can I hire you?

Book a complimentary exploratory conversation. I want to us to get to know each other before deciding to work together. It’s important that my style works for you so you get the best results. You can schedule some time here.
