Move: A gentle yoga practice to build momentum in life

Here’s the link for the 28 day yoga practice that I am still doing to feel good on a daily basis. I’ve been taking yoga classes for 14 years, and this is the first time – other than True You Italia  – that I have ever maintained a consistent daily practice.  

I found time, and a way, to insert it into a routine I already do every day. Each morning I get up, put on my robe, and go turn the kettle on. It takes about 10-12 minutes to boil water for my bulletproof coffee.

Instead of checking my phone or unloading the dishwasher, I pull my mat out and do yoga in my pj’s and robe while waiting on the water to boil.  

BAM! Teensy tweak, huge results!  The emails and the dishes aren’t gonna go anywhere, but my days are so much better with this small investment of time to nourish myself.
