Rest: Start slowing down in 10 minutes or less

Slowing down and being still has never been my forte. For the past year I have been exploring this more and have seen how in just a few minutes, I can calm my mind and relax my body, leaving me more grounded and centered. In the video below I’ll share what’s worked for me. It’s so simple, you can do it from anywhere. All you need is air! 🙂
